The ERS recognises the support businesses offer to Armed Forces Veteran’s and Spouse or Partner of a Service Personnel. The covenant states that as an organisation we will do all we can to ensure those who have served, and their families will be treated fairly and not disadvantaged in their day to day lives. And therefore, we pride ourselves on strongly upholding this covenant.

Promoting the armed forces: As an organisation, we are honored to be recognised as an armed forces-friendly entity. We take great pride in promoting this status to all our stakeholders. Furthermore, we strongly encourage our supply chain partners to join us in supporting the Armed Forces Covenant, as we firmly believe that this mutual commitment is not only beneficial for the armed forces community, but it also helps us to strengthen our business.
Veterans: We are honoured to support and champion the employment of veterans, acknowledging their exceptional military skills and qualifications, and incorporating them in our recruitment and selection process. Additionally, we advertise job openings through the Career Transition Partnership, showing our dedication to aiding their successful transition into civilian life as well as striving to make a positive impact on their lives.
Reserves: We take pride in supporting our staff who are members of the reserve forces and offer 10 paid training days to MoD Reservists. We strongly believe in granting additional leave for annual reserve forces training, support any mobilisations and actively encourage membership of the reserve forces from within our workforce.
Service spouses and partners: We are committed to supporting and advocating for the employment of service spouses and partners. We understand the unique challenges they face.
