Community engagement is an area of utmost importance to us, as we are deeply immersed in our local communities, striving to foster growth and inspiration in the upcoming generation. We take pride in actively supporting multiple Armed Forces charities and holding the distinguished Gold Award for the Armed Forces Covenant. Our foremost priority is the safety and well-being of our people, and we are devoted to establishing a diverse and inclusive workforce, where every individual is respected and empowered to realise their full potential.

Armed Forces Covenant
We are a Gold Award holder for our outstanding support towards the Armed Forces community.
The Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award represent the highest badge of honour for organisations that employ and support those who serve, veterans and their families.

We will be supporting the following charities until at least 2028, and possibly beyond:
- National Charity: Cancer Research UK
- Forces Charity: Scotty’s Little Soldiers
- Local Charity: The Grand Appeal (Bristol Children’s Hospital Charity)
